Holding my ground…

I’ve got to stick to my boundaries at times. There are people in my life who won’t take “no” for an answer without an adequate explanation to their liking. I have learned that those people’s expectations have nothing to do with my decision to say “no” and my lack of justification. Sometimes, “no” is a complete sentence, needing no further explanation! If I can express that, without contention within, I’m healthier person for it.

MO says NO!  🙂
